200MG B6, B12 Vitamin undisruptive?
Hey guys, im just wondering if 200MG of a B-100 Complex(whole array of B vitamins) is safe. Im trying to increase vividness and lucidity of my dreams, i took 100MG a couple of days ago and it didnt do anything. So i was wondering if 200MG is secure, since B vitamins have toxicity issues. Also when is the perfect time to take them since bed?
Answers: If you want to improve the vividness of your dreams, try 1 milligram of Melatonin - one hour before bedtime.
If 100 millgrams of B-complex didn't impact your dreaming, I doubt if 200 mg will. How long have you be taking this supplement? Note: vitamins are NOT drugs, they are nutrients that are vital for a large variety of biochemical functions.
There is NO prearranged danger from 200 mg/day of B12. There is no likely risk associated with 200 mg/day of B6 - however, nearby have been reports of possible peripheral neuropathy next to higher doses of B6 taken for long periods.
Best wishes and good luck.
Anyone experience chelation treatment or know something..
If your taking artificial vitamin b - most complexes are, I don't know where on earth you can find 100 mg of each b vitamin in nature, it usually wash out of your body, but it can also create imbalances due to the fact that you are not taking it in a match as prescribed by nature. Ie. too much of one b vitamin will create a deficiency of the other b because the body will use its resources to balance them out -- they involve to be balanced to be used.I would find a whole food vitamin B that has adjectives the co-factors nature intended and which can be assimilated and used by the body.
How long will vicodin or other anguish..
if i were you,i would ask my family doctor.it only just takes a visit to him/her for that. no one here know about your medical history, some might well just administer the wrong suggestion, and these tables are known to have criticism if takin incorrectly. a professional can help u better.if i were you i would not take any warning from anyone here.
sryy abt tht.
