Natural Alternatives to Headache Medicine I am currently taking? (Excedrin)?
I currently take two excedrin migraine pills respectively morning to prevent ongoing headaches that I used to own often. Is here is any natural alternative or pill to be exact close to the equvilant of the excedrin? I am trying not to damage my body beside the aspirin and other ingredients in the pill

The question I own for you is: Do you drink coffee regularly? If not, then I suggest that whenever you hold a headache, drink a cup of black coffee, no milk or sugar, just plain black coffee. I used to capture headaches regularly which be pretty horrific and the black coffee remedy always did the trick. I believe this is because the caffeine act like Excedrin. No in actual fact there is caffeine contained by Excedrin so maybe the coffee adjectives by itself will help. Try it and see for yourself.

I am going to try Sinus Busters, too, for my daughter. A friend at work said his full-grown daughter used this, and she does not have headache, anymore. I don't know what is does, or if it will work, but worth a try.
