Acupressure for Migraine?

One of my psychotropic (depression) meds dropped suddenly and I've got a non-stop migraine that I've have for several days.

Does anyone know an acupressure treatment for migraine? I already tried TKM and it didn't work.

Debbie

Answer:    I haven't had acupressure, but I hold had acupuncture and I can give an account you I haven't had a migraine for 3 months! Trust me, the little prick of the acupuncture plunger tickles compared to a migraine!
I don't know of a specific acupressure method aside from placing your fingertips at each temple, closing your eyes, breathing truly (abdominal breathing) and applying firm pressure for several minutes. Finish by making a circular "design" on the temples, director, face, cheek and neck.

Try modifying your diet for the subsequent little while too. Avoid red wine, dark chocolate, tea, coffee and cola drinks. This might serve you to feel better.

I hope you are reaction a lot better immensely soon.
