What supplements work best for staple growth?

I've been told prenatal vitamins work approaching a champ, but i've tried vitamin E and it doesn't really do the trick.

Answer:
Biotin, Silica (readily available in horsetail herb), L-Cysteine, and some other B vitamins are the best things for common nail form.

Vitamin E is really just for skin vigour, so it doesn't really touch nail strength directly.
Biotin is in most multi-vitamins, and help with fastener and hair growth and strength. Eggs are a correct food source.
HSN (hair skin and nails) is an absolutely amazing product, I love it, I used to hold brittle thin nail and now they are fine and thick. check it out at http://www.mynsp.com/kandismm/index.aspx...
Your nail are made up of Keratin, dead cell, and miniscule amounts of protein strands. Best thing to do for them is hang on to them clean, don't bite them, regularly rid your body of toxins, and chomp through a protein-rich diet. Painting your nails near clear nail polish make them resilient to breaking and getting dirty, as well as sort them look better while you're waiting on them to grow! Some polishes even have additives contained by them to help fastener strenth and growth, but as your nails are not living parts of you, this will scarcely help. It is up to you whether or not to believe if they work, but I'm sure it won't hurt!
