I enjoy never heard of this so I did a net search. The down ingredients sound pretty pious so you might want to give it a try. But, first you might want to check and see if they hold a money back guarantee. Also, most of the ingredients tabled do not have an on the spot effect. You will need to thieve these pills for at least 30 days to know if they are helping you or not. Especially near the St. John's wort. The levels hold to be built up in your system back you will show any signs of improvement.

Something I use for PMS and anxiety which is relatively fast to work is Hyland Brands Calms Forte. You can purchase them at Wal-mart for approx. $4.00. They are all automatic and non-addictive and work in more or less 30 min. after taking them. You can take 1-2 tab for anxiety and you can also take 2 tab at night to give a hand you sleep. I have used these for years and other have a bottle surrounded by my purse.

You didn't give any details roughly the level of your anxiety. If you are have occasional mild anxiety the Calms Forte would benefit you. If you are having severe anxiety attacks you might want to try the Mood Formula.
