Would vitamins relieve to increase sex drive?

currently i am taking a multi vitamin and that is worn-out. i totally lost my sex drive over the last year or so (I am just 20!!). i am in full time university so moderately from stress. i still have sex beside my boyfriend but dont crave it like i used to. is in attendance a vitamin that may help increase this? not a commerical supplement...in recent times looking for something along the lines of, "take more folic tart or vitamin b12". stuff like that!! gratefulness in mortgage!

Answer:    zinc, vitamin C, and Echinaecea. You might notice that these adjectives boost the immune system as well. When the immune system is down, or stressed, one of the first things to shift is the sex drive. It will take 30 days or so to grain the effect, but after that watch out. Canned oysters also provide zinc and iodine which will support a lot.
