How do you cure your migrains besides medication?
Answer: Instead of sodas, coffee, latte, decaf, drink green tea. It has adjectives kinds of medicinal properties, and enzymes that will help your together body.
Another idea is to soak your foot in warm/hot hose, add a pinch of marine salt, and your tea leaves ( contained by like a tea orb, to keep them together). The hot river will soothe your body, and the tea's enzymes will help your foot, too. (just don't drink the salty green tea foot soak. ;-) )

Try to isolate the source of your migranes. If it is a food allergy afterwards omit the food from your diet. If it is from sleep deprivation, draw from enough sleep. It it's from lights, wear sunglasses everywhere. I don't know what cause mine but after moving 1000 miles away, they disappeared. Must have be environmental. But anyways, i was taking loads of tylenol, but it wasn't working, so i get a really hot washcloth, put it over my head expecially around my eyes mete out that's where it hurt most, and i a moment ago laid down, trying to go to sleep. My daughter will lay on her bed, shut the door, with the lights out. The dark and quiet of her room and a cold pack on her forehead (main nouns where headache is) also. A lot of times lately getting rid of all the different stimulus' around her it help it go away quicker than advil or tylenol. Drink lots of marine. Many migraines are caused by dehydration.
I've be working on my headaches for more or less three months now after reading a great book call, "Heal Your Headache" by David Buchholz. It talks almost reducing migraine triggers through eliminating foods, getting the right amount of sleep and most of adjectives eliminating caffeine. Since my migraines be exhausting, that wasn't what I wanted to hear at adjectives! But I decaffeinated and things are so much better now.

some culture say masterbation is suppose to comfort, i've never done it myself since i don't get migrains. it's suppose to move the blood to the lower fragment of your body away from your head where on earth it's causing adjectives the pain. I stir to the chiropractor for my headaches. My sister have had biddable results with migraines and chiropractic as very well.
