What are some natural (using herb, etc) remedies for treating heartburn? and which is the best or most effective?
I'm looking for a inborn way decrease the feeling of burn after, right to be heard, a big piece of pizza slice.

A good herb for heartburn is slippery elm. One teaspoon of the powder can be added to hose or juice, or lozenges can be taken throughout the light of day. Papaya enzymes are another handy item to have available. Also, two to three drops of diluted peppermint grease, placed on the back of the tongue, may be relieve this problem.

double bubble chewing gum. seriously. i found out by accident, but immediately thats all i use for heartburn, coz it works so perfect. not really natural, but its better than chugging pepto.
Some empire say peppermint but for me, I step for a 6 oz glass of river with something like 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in it. Drink it down (it doesn't fondness good but you can stand it) and later you will burp. After you burp your heartburn will be gone. Just don't do it too often because of the sodium.

(You can suck on the pit if you have used it) Salt contained by the plum alkalinizes the blood and excess acid contained by the stomach. Kuzu root helps to strengthen the system and the stomach. You may hold difficulty with this recipe, just because you are not eating contained by a macrobiotic fashion.
