If my eyes hurt, is a cold or thaw compress better?
Answer:
flush your eyes out with cold hose down and then put a thaw compress on them.
My eyes hurt sometime and the warm other feels great to me.
I would use a cold compress, it is fundamentally soothing. I would only use a thaw compress if I have a cold.
It's cool or cold for me>also try Similisan Homeopathic Eye Drops. These work incredibly economically. I also like linden flower tea plenty or chamomile. They're very soothing. Many other kind of tea bags would work capably, too, as long as it's not something like ginger or a spiced chai.
If the misery is caused from eye strain consequently warm soothing compress next to chamomile is fine,If there is injury within the area and your eyes are sore consequently cold compress will take the inflammation away
When my eyes are tired, overworked or only just plain sore from the daily influx of toxins within the air, I use spearmint tea to cool and soothe them. I thieve a teabag of Spearmint tea, make a cup, after when the tea is ready, I drink the tea and place the tea lots on my eyes. You can use two at a time, and you can dip the bags fund into the hot water if you don't want to drink the tea. You shouldn't drink it after you put it on your eyes and later re-dip the tea bags, which I'm sure you know.
I hope this help and best of luck, my friend!
