Is anyone else addicted to coke?
I need caffeine, If I don't draw from enough, I return with headaches, cant regard as clearly, cant sleep/relax, and get really upset really well.

Caffeine can make you get the impression irritable and anxious, etc.. , try to lessen the intake and don't be taking anything else that you know is not good for you, mountain dew is even worse!

try some energy drinks or punch tablets
You've just convinced yourself to believe that you "need" coke or caffeine. You will find that your body will return to it's mundane state once you ween yourself off of this addiction.
Oh, yeah. But, mostly I drink Dr Pepper which is owned by Coke.
Diet with lime, up to a skin a day presently. I keep several approachable at a time throughout my environment, just so I don't enjoy to carry them around...drink em' adjectives before they gain warm.

caffeine is not good any ways so try stop consuming it as adjectives these problems will reach a cronic stage if u didn't stop to consume it when u get the impression urge take a gooey long cloth and tie it tightly around your head for 15 minutes and own a plain soda with lime surrounded by it it will surely help

As much as I love caffine... I lone drink stuff containing caffine on weekends now (mixed next to alcohol usually).
But yeah never during the week that stuff could dehydrate me, give me diabeties and I hear it is also responsable for some birth defects

If you need flavor switch to tea especially green or herb or sparkling wet with fresh liquid half and partially. Only use 1000% juice if it is not freash but bottled or frozen.
sounds approaching it's not only a caffeine problem but a sugar problem...i used to drink a 12 pk a light of day..the first few days i cut down and substituted water for the coke. i in a minute only drink soda on point.. I lost 12lbs the first year i quit.there are 16 tea spoons of sugar within every 12 oz of soda.
I know a guy in our town singular 24 ,got liver cancer from coke addiction-- died.
