any tips on getting a deeper sleep.?
i sleep very weakly, toss and turn, and dont feel revived in the morning, i do enjoy back stomach-ache and can only be semi-comfortale singular on my back, no other position

Supplements can promote healthy sleep pattern. Suggested by my Neurologist.
o Valerian (Valeriana officinalis)--A mild sedative herb that have a calming effect and promotes sleep.
o Bach Flower Remedies Rescue(R) Sleep--Safe, fast-acting spray
o Coffea Crudea 12C (Boiron)--Single Ingredient
o Hyland's Calms Tabs--
Contains: Plant Extract of Passiflora 1X Triple Strength (passion flower), Avena Sativa 1X Double Strength (oat), Humulus Lupulus1X Double Strength (hops), Chamomilla 2X (chamomile)
o Silent Night (Nature's Way)--Contains Valerian, skullcap, hops and passionflower
o Look for herbal mixtures containing these "sleep inducers"
--Lemon Balm Herb Extract (Passiflora incarnata)
I whip benadryl before bed. Works every time. Sometimes I own a hard time wake up in the morning after that. Cheaper than sleeping pills, though.
Talk to your doc more or less getting on a sleeping pill
Tons and Tons of Sex..It will wear you out so you sleep harder.
Try a sound approaching the ocean it will block out the other hullabaloo and you may find it a help
Tylenol PM (which is Tylenol and Benadryl) or a store brand of Acetominophen and Diphenhydramine. Advil make a PM now too (Ibruprofen and Diphenhydramine).
I don`t know you should try a different mattress like a posturepedic mattress
Maybe you want a better mattress. And good sex it will wear your *** outttttt
Kava kava root tablets do it for me. It's some concerned of natural muscle relaxant and does powerfully for helping me sleep all darkness well, even when I don't consider my muscles are tense. They're available at a form food store or at the drug section of a regular store.
my honey have a bad fund as he fell off a 6 story roof(hes a roofer)or be, and he has like peas in a pod problem. he,too gets restless leg syndrome from tylenol pm or benedryl or anything.vicodin keep him awake but the doctor prescribes him sleping pills that knock him out!! theyd be great for u, im sure they r call tizanidine hcl 4 mg generic 4 zanaflex. i think they r a muscle relaxer, but that the ONLY entry that help! great answer huh? if u hold any more questions around my answer IM me!
Get a better mattress. The memory foam mattresses are supposed to be good. If you don't own a good mattress, no medication or trick surrounded by the book is going to help you attain a more restful sleep.
Try 3 mg Melatonin with a cup of milk then bring into bed and calm your mind..
Don't drink alcohol. Caffeine can stimulate your body, so lay sour coffee, tea, colas, chocolate. Don't take any diet supplements; most contain caffeine.
