What's a crude cure for brittle fingernails?
Answer: Silica. It is the best. I run a health food shop and I find this is the one most populace come back for and it make you nails close to glass, not with the sole purpose that but it makes your spine stronger and it great for the skin.
Theres a few different ways to get silica;
-Its derived from horsetail, so you can catch it in a horsetail supplement, tea, tincture etc.
-Tissue salt, look for silica or a hair and pin combo. They are cheap and seem to be influential.
-Homeopathic silica, same as tissue salts as far as worth goes.
-Mineral derived silica, this to me is the best route of taking silica. It is a gel or comes in medication. The gel is the best and out of all my customers this is the one I see the best results. It costs more but is worth it.
Silica is also found contained by sea vegetables,oats, cucumbers, brown rice, watercress.
Silica help with calcium absorbtion and will trademark your bones strong also.
Heres a nail strengthening liquid thats high within calcium also;
Juice watercress, carrots, green pepper, dandelion and cucumber and kale if available.
"Silicea" is a brand designation for the gel I was discussion about, ask at your local form shop.
All the best.
