I've used Flexeril after an auto accident...If you're have problems sleeping, flexeril will knock you out. However, the side effects for me were severe headache after wake up on flexeril.
So rather than verbs, I purchased a "tens unit" (sp) which stimulated the sore muscles and relieved the pain in need any of the nasty side effects.

Robaxin has more serious side-effects than Flexoril, but merely with extraordinarily long-term use. I've used both, and I prefer Flexoril.

flexeril isn't good for me, it make me dizzy and weird. Robaxin puts me out for similar to 16 hours though. I don't know. Probably neither unless your really hurting. Then, robaxin at night
anymore than a darkness or two and I need something else b/c it of late knocks you out. Probably smoking pot is better than both and the best would be nil at all. Unless I'm hospitalized next to no arms, I just suck it up.
