Answer:
a few days ago; I wrote a blog entry on my 360 page around "the five mahalos" a technology from old hawai'i that help change the track you think consciously and subconscoiously.

Feel free to read the blog entry. I would also recommend fetting two of the following crystals.

Agate, Anethyst, and Obsidian

Take one of respectively and place them under your pillow, afterwards the other three carry them on your personage 24/7
st johns wort...although, you have to mind because supplements are not done through FDA regulations. stick to name brands.
I KNOW AN EXCELLENT CURE...IT'S CALLED SEX!!!
Vitamin B12 have been shown to argument off depression.
Eat plenty of rime cream.
lots of daylight and oxygen - it will not cure it, but help.
I would recommend against you (as a non-medical person) recommending drugs (natural or synthetic), since you own no way of knowing adjectives side-effects, but if you take your friend outdoors for goings-on during lunchbreak, you should see a slight improvement after give or take a few 2 weeks.
With autism, you are not dealing with a middle-of-the-road person to open with. Anything you bequeath is likely to produce strange and unpredictable effects - this is not simple depression. I really seize it that you want to help, but trying to medicate at home is not sage in this bag. Herbs are no less powerful than drugs.

St . John's Wort is a herb for depression.
St johns wort, but that probably wont work.If his depression is really serious he should do what his doctor tell him to do.
e f t is really made for your friend. Read the articles and try it out yourself: http://www.emofree.com/affiliatewiz/aw.a...
This question purely came up smaller quantity than 5 days ago. I would look at those answers because there be some great answers.
Meditation is one, and avoid anything that causes these type of situation.
I contemplate it's called the "Twelve Nerve Exercises", or possibly another exercise surrounded by this great book. It's based on Chinese/Taoist Medicine and attributes depression merely to a chutzpah imbalance. I would not recommend pumping drugs or pills into the body. St. John's Wort have some pretty intense side effects aswell in some cases, even though it's instinctive. I found this exercise in this really great book by Dr. Stephen T. Chang call "The Complete System of Self Healing- Internal Exercises". It's REALLY helpful near general exercises for everything. But I would importantly recommend that you give this a try. Like I said, I'm not 100% sure going on for the exercise name because the book's not near me now, but own a browse through it and find the one that relates to depression. Good Luck.

This is the cheapest and safest of all raw remedies. Exercise! Just have him put your foot, or ride a stationery bike. Anything to keep him moving. Exercise releases endorphins and i.e. the "feel good" hormone. He should exercise everyday. By the agency, this will also help near autism. If he is unable to totter, just sitting him on the side of a personal trampoline, (I believe they appointment them rebounders), while you jump on it. This will aid him to exercise mildly. This is also exceptional exercise for the heart! So everyone benefits!

If you need something more, attain him into the sun. The sunshine has tremendous therapeutic powers and they've proven now that full spectrum lights are essential to honourable health! So, take that light into him. If you live within a dreary place, buy some full spectrum lights and make sure that he's exposed to them for at smallest 2 hours a day.

I am a diabetic and exercise is my time saver. During the winter, when it snows, I bring back cabin restlessness and severe depression. My rebounder has be a godsend! Hope this helps.
Although prescribing apple cider vinegar for depression would be classed as extremely alternative, some Eastern medicine do believe that depression is the symptom of a "stagnant" or tired liver. If you believe in this philosophy, consequently apple cider vinegar would help to face-off depression, since it is a great medium to comfort detoxify and clean the liver.
Fish Oils and Horseradish will assist. I would also reccomend exercise and with your support he will find his mode.

Good Luck!
its simple EXCERCIZE!!!!!
Teach your friend to meditate within their belief structure.. Start in attendance.http://meditation.20m.com

OK, so exercise helps like mad with depression. Depression is believed to be anger and frustration turned inside.

Step up his or her protein. Good protein not hurried food.

A good B complex vitamin near C like Emergenc (available Walmart) would serve also.

That is a good start. Their are lots other remedies for depression.
Self control is one of the most easiest & cheap way to receive over from all creeps.Believe me.
I don't know how sever the autism is but I would be looking elsewhere than medication natural or otherwise. I would be wondering why he is depressed- what does he do during the sunshine? Does he have social contacts? where/with whom does he live? What things does he wallow in doing and is he doing those? I don't know what services might be available to help- eg a support worker for social activities? At what smooth can he communicate about his wants/wishes? If he can, he might know how to tell you. He might close to to have a spa once a week.
guzzle chocolates..it's effective!
