Plz recount me some honest strong sleeping pills heading against my insomnia.?!?!!?!?
Answer: I can tell you from my experience as a chronic insomniac that I enjoy tried Ambien, Ambien CR, Trazadone and they all disappeared me either not sleepy at adjectives or the trazadone made me fall asleep but stir up feeling similar to I was hungover. So, my dr told me I could verbs to use OTC simply sleep, from the makers of tylenol pm. It works great for me. I own to take it every hours of darkness but the dr. says its locked and I never wake up groggy. Good luck to you. It really stinks self one with insomnia.
Well, any OTC sleeping pill should give support to you fall asleep here or within, but you don't want to take them long permanent status, since they can become addictive. Also, you should stay away from medicines that are for more than lately sleep... for example, don't take Tylenol PM to sleep unless you're also within pain, and don't appropriate Benedryl to sleep unless your allergies are keeping you up.
If you're looking for a long-term, it's more important to find out why you're not sleeping. You could try one of a few organic sleep products if your Serotonin. There's Melatonin, Valerian, Chamomile, Hops, L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Passionflower, and Scullcap (an herb). You can try any one of those to help you sleep fluently.
However, if you're not sleeping due to stress or something else in your environment, these may not provide as much benefit as you're looking for. Also, it's possible you aren't sleeping because you hold too much Serotonin, but that's rare. To be on the risk-free side, you may want to have a doctor check you out to find out what's cause it and to make sure it's not some sort of medical condition or something. Good luck!
Benadryl. Take 2 of the 25mg Benadryl more or less an hour and a half since bedtime, and it will make you slowly bring sleepier. Then you will sleep the night through, and since you took it okay before bedtime, you should not enjoy any "Benadryl hangover". You can buy generic benadryl (diphenhydramine HCl) in bottles of 100 tablets/capsules for below $10. It is completely non-addictive and non-habit forming, and very out of danger. Don't drink any caffeine after 4pm. Good luck! try melatonin. It's a natural substance that's released within your brain anyway to help you sleep! They work!
Or Ambien!
Eat lettuce or cabbage, they're VERY soporiphic (hence the Beatrix Potter book, 'Peter Rabbit and the soporiphic effect of Lettuce')
Try milk and cinnamon, it's an ancient treatment
Pills may own side effects, it's not worth it.
