I'm looking for a raw remedy to cure headache (not migraines)?


I'm against over-the-counter and perscription drugs.

I've heard Peppermint Oil rubbed on your temple and forehead works.


Answer:    Peppermint DOES work! It's great! You can rub it on your temples and I usually put for a moment under my proboscis. Rubbing your temples can relief and some pressure points in the trellis of your hand (between your thumb and index finger). Put a touch pressure on the 'sore' spot and it helps lighten the headache away.
Also make sure you're drinking plenty of sea. Sometimes we have headache because we need more marine.
White willow bark is great for distress too. It's natural and if truth be told where aspirin originate from!
Ester c in lofty doses is a natural throbbing killer also hallucination few Inhaling peppermint or lavender oil, chamomile tea, Ginkgo Biloba, garlic and cayenne pepper hold all be found useful contained by treating non-migraine headaches.
go and get your eyes checked that also gives headache peppermint is too hard try some strong coffies really helps... I'm not sure what variety of headaches that you are conversation about but you might want to check into mould therapy. Many headache are caused by the muscles self too tight in the nouns or shoulders. I have only just had my unprejudiced share of these. Also, if you grind your teeth then you will be prone to headache all the time. Massage treatment also helps for this as very well. Oh, and acupuncture. I have have success beside that method. I had a regular headache for a week. I had an appointment for acupuncture and she put a couple of pins contained by for the headache and it was gone.
These breathing exercises will cure your headache.Drink reheat water.
Build up your timing leisurely.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after 1 minute.
Kapalbhati -(Do it formerly eating) Push air forcefully out through the antenna about once per second. Stomach will itself budge in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for upto 15 minutes twice a morning.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill nation do it gently.

Anulom Vilom - Close your right nostril near thumb and deep breath-in through not here nostril
then – close vanished nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
after -keeping the left nostril closed cavernous breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril beside thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes contained by one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or in the past bedtime or in bed.Remember to bear deep breaths into the lungs.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears next to thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of proboscis touching eyes. Breathe in through proboscis. And now breathe out through proboscis while humming like a bee.
