is there a caring of food that helps beside the skin tone and makes it luminosity or help produce it clear??

foods based near antioxidants are great for the skin.green tea - certain gloom chocolate - raisins (many fruits).along with fish (which I dont eat).
greens -- lots and lots of greens. i don't be set to salads. most cultures other than anglos own tons of greens.
As someone else mentioned, drinking plenty of water is exalted for clear skin. Try to drink at least 8 specs a day and squeeze some lemon or lime into respectively as well for extra Vitamin C. Green Tea is great to drink too.

*Foods-
Avocados are bursting next to vitamins and minerals and they are very hydrating and moral for the skin. Berries are also excellent - they're high surrounded by antioxidants. I believe blueberries are the best.

Vegetables -- tomatoes, cucumbers, and all green leafy vegetables. Fruits --bananas, apples, apricots, cantaloupes, grapes, etc.
