Are lecithin supplements potent?
I read somewhere that taking lecithin supplements orally is useless because it adjectives breaks down in the intestines previously it can reach the bloodstream. Is this true? I newly spend $5 for a bottle of 100 capsules! Nooo.

try granular lecithin..available at adjectives food stores and coops. Very inexpensive..add contained by to smoothies, applesauce, peanut butter and such.
