Does Potassium Chloride (Nu-Salt, etc) result in soaring blood pressure, low blood pressure, or neither?
The contradictory information I've found is confusing, I've always thought Potassium be an important mineral up to a few grams a afternoon, even if added to the diet via salt substitutes.
