A stability of diet and exercise. Porridge, whole wheat products eg weetabix and shreded wheat are angelic breakfast choices. All veg are good. Fruit is ok but within small amounts with carb contained by between. Whole meal bread and brown rice and pasta are great but if you enjoy a weight problem thieve them in moderation. Forget adjectives fizzy drinks they are lethal I am a diabetic and I chomp through loads of porridge oats.
