Well there are plentiful things u could do, but the best thing to do would probably hold some medicine. I know a prescription that works really well for both a sore throat and a stuffy trunk. It is called Olbas. U can seize it at the Vitamin Shoppe or the family vitamin store. If u can't find it near, then u cloud look on eBay or Google. I hope u take well soon!
