Im thinking of drinking some vitamins everyday, but i dont know which to buy. any recommendation?
Answer:
First, doctors do not receive nutrition education contained by medical school, so a doctor is unlikely to own an educated feelings about the subject.
Second, contained by 2002, the AMA published a report in the Journal of the American Medical Association stating that adjectives people should consider a multivitamin because the background clearly shows people are not getting satisfactory nutrition from diet along due to the poor quality of today's food supply.
If you do hold a multivitamin, seek one i.e. made from a food-based source.
And ignore the hype of solution vitamins being better occupied and other tricks companies use to force your body to accept their synthetic vitamins. Bioavailability is the most essential factor.
Food based vitamins provide maximum bioavailability.
Also pinch personal testimonials for what they are. People often convey you their testimonial and then manufacture an assertion that the same entity will happen to you. That's the first sign of someone who lacks sufficient childhood (self or formal) to know what they're talking around.
Testimonials are great! But they only suggest what MIGHT BE possible, and nil more.
