Does anyone use Tiger Balm (or similar product) for headache?
Has NE1 had any luck beside the use of a topical analgesic product like Tiger Balm for migraines or other assorted types of headaches? I am above all interested in its use for headache due to stress, eyestrain, dehydration or from lack of (quality) sleep.
I own had some moderate nouns when I apply it under my nostrils, at my temple, across the forehead and between the eyebrows.
Does NE1 know of any Acupoints (accupuncture) points for the various types of headache that I've described?

Answer:
For lack of sleep: Heart 3 (With the elbow flexed, at the medial pause of the transverse cubital crease [elbow])
For eyestrain: Bladder 2 (put your finger on the side of your nose, and move it up until you hit the eyebrow. That place where on earth you feel pressure, that's BL2)
For migraines: Stomach 8 (At the corner of the forehead, 0.5 cun posterior to the anterior hairline, 4.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline) [What that process is take your appendage and line up the PIP joint (proximal interphalangal joints). Put this on the midline of your face. Where that ends, that's in the order of 4.5 cun later to the midline. Now find your "hairline" (if you're hairline is closer or further than what is considered "normal" or "average", afterwards estimate where the hairline would be) and run about 1/4 above that.
i hv used tiger balm for ache and axe oil for headache
Hi, you can use China Gel this is better than Tiger Balm.
Headaches can be caused by muscle stiffness, an underlying illness or infection, or disturbances surrounded by the blood vessels within the head.
Massaging China-Gel, an herbal strain reliever, at the base of the décolletage, temples or sinus nouns two to three times a day will provide efficient relief. When massage properly into the skin, China-Gel stimulates circulation and the body’s endorphin response to pain. The herb, seven in adjectives, are reported effective not with the sole purpose in helping to relieve torment, but also to further enhance healing making China-Gel a great alternative to oral medication.
Also this gel uses for removal muscle strain, joint cramp, arthritis, tendinitis, muscle cramps, sports injuries, bursitis, rheumatism, fibromyalgia, and other musculo-skeletal pain disorders. I resembling the quality of this product.

i posted the other dark that this does work if you put tiger balm on your forehead (or whereveryour headache is).
umm, i dont have the sources close to other people but from my experience. I have people that be very knowledgable surrounded by eastern medicine and theraputic squeeze. WHen I had a headache on instance, they would massage certainn points on your lobes of the brain and apply it to the sides of my leader roughly next to your eyes/eyebrow nouns. That area is anxious when your head hurts but they applied pressure to roughly the middle/back of my herald too before using the balm. Don't know if that help much from what i remember. Worked for me heh
you might wanna consider the CAUSES of your headaches instead of a 'patch'... STRESS, EYESTRAIN, DEHYDRATION, LACK OF SLEEP! CRIKY! these are ALL smooth to take exactness of.
of course you can use Tiger Balm, but i suppose your main problem is the want of sleep. Try a walk of a partly hour before going to sleep
All this balm enjoy some evaporation item like menthol which cools the nouns and people quality relieved. Also it is not only the balm but massage it in artificial part, is the physical reason for the nouns. It acts as an further help.
