Pain after using neti pot- is it conventional?
I experience pain contained by the sinuses above my eyes towards my nose- basically where on earth eyebrows begin. Is this ordinary or am i doing something wrong? There is also a long period of time back the water make it way out the other side of respectively nostril. I am using sterile pharmacutical grade non-iodized brackish and warm sea.

Be sure when you use the neti pot that you use warm river, always breath through your proboscis while rinsing you sinuses, and afterwards blow gently through your snout to help expel the hose down from your sinuses. Also, with a tissue blow your feeler gently when you own done all other steps. You shouldn't hold any pain from using the neti pot.
I own trouble using the neti pot because I have a deviated septum. It sounds similar to you might as well. Possibly river is being retained up dignified in your sinuses.
