Herb sanctuary?
I get migraines and hold to take lots of medication to prevent them and later when that doesn't work, medication to stop the pain. I only just tried herbs and they come across to work! How do I know if they're safe, especially for long-term use? Thanks!

Depends on which herb you are taking. You would have to do some research on what you are taking. Most herb are extremely safe and across the world regarded as undisruptive. Not all.
Only if they are prescribed to you legitimately. The benefits and harms are disputed. You are better off finding a legalized alternative.
to find out if they are safe check out some herb books at a local book store for a roll of all herb and thier medicinal uses. also if they work consult your doctor to make sure they will not conflict near any other health issues you might own.
herbs really do enjoy some wonderful healing level.but some can be dangerous and even deadly if taken in excess. do not verbs about that though. i would speak discontinue using them until you speak to your doctor. or atleast look them up online to see what thier uses are. good luck and bring back well soon!
