Is ot okay to hold your vitamins surrounded by the fridge?
Daily I take a multi, Bioton, achidophilis, Omega 36and9 combo, Green tea extract, garlic, calcium. Then partly way throught the time i take vitamin a,c,&e. I save all the vitamins contained by the fridge is that okay? I think I've hear to keep vitamins surrounded by the fridge before so that's why I do it.
Answer:
I own a vitamin store and can articulate that it is fine to keep your vitamins within the fridge, the acidophilus should be kept in the fridge and the rest will keep hold of fresh.
Also make sure you are not taking more than 25,000 iu of vitamin A day by day, more can be toxic to your liver over time.
yep its ok
It's best to keep them surrounded by a dry place at room temperature.
I preserve mine in the fridge, because they end longer there contained by the cold and dark. Vitamins are expensive.
its ok to save it in the fridge. as long as the it is stamp in its container. trust me. me mom's get crap loads of it at home. we had to buy another fridge.
no it's not okay.
Yeah its okay.
Multis are not ok to hang on to in the fridge. If they be, it would say so on the bottle.
Omeges are categorically a product that need to be refridgerated. Same near acidophilus.
All vitamins and minerals should be kept stored as it is stated on the box/bottle.
Extra supplements, garlic biotin calcium and so forth, same thing here.
