Are these symtoms of anxiety?
I don't know if these are symtoms of anxiety attacks because I don't feel approaching I am going to die but I could be sitting watching TV and I will start crying for absolutley no reason! my heart feel like it is fluttering and I be aware of like I hold a lump the size of a baseball in my throat. I perceive like I hold to take insightful breaths constantly. The main problem is it's throwing my sleep programme off i wake up up at 2 a.m everynight even if i take a tylenol PM. Is this a short time ago something that will pass? I surface that If I explain all of this to a doctor he will merely look at me like I be crazy!
Answer:
I had a totally similar experience with anxiety. I work night and was have trouble sleeping during the day. and on weekends when I switch stern to the day routine, I would get up up around 4 am and when the sun came up I would be set to sleep all sunshine.
When I noticed the anxiety be when I started waking up beside a worried feeling adjectives the time and it seemed similar to my stomach was surrounded by knots but I could not explain what be bothering me. Then there be times the littlest things that happened would convey me into a panic attitude.
I went online and found out tha St.Johns Wort support treat anxiety and depression. I went to wal mart and tried it and it have worked really well for me. I transport 2 capsules 3 times a light of day. I am much more relaxed now when I progress to bed and I sleep much better and the worry and stress is more managable in a minute. its worth a try.
Unless you have a really fruitless doctor, he won't look at you like you're crazy! Keep a log of all of the symptoms you described while you're experiencing them, and bring it near you to your doctor. He might give you some medication sample, or refer you to someone who can. Or he might even have some worthy resources for you to check out. I was surrounded by your exact same spot about two years ago, and once I go to the doctor, it was so assured, and I wished I did it sooner!! Just consider every side effect of medication offered to you. There's a few good anti-anxiety meds out in a minute that have little to no side effects that are vastly helpful. Medication isn't the end-all be-all solution, but beside the right one, you can start feeling better. I hope this help, and good luck to you!
Definitely sounds approaching anxiety. I suggest
you do some internet searches for symptoms
of anxiety and revise all you can. Sometimes
supplements will abet. Also, examine what
is going on in your time that might be causing
the anxiety. Sometimes we block things out
that we don't want to business with and that will
make happen the anxiety symptoms. If that doesn't
help, see your physican, counselor, pastor, etc.
Sometimes a moment ago talking to a trusted friend
can give support to you figure it out. Blessings.
Don't hold on to feeling this passageway. Go to the doctor and get relieve for yourself. Many times meds will help until you can numeral out what is causing this.
