Who's the best type of condition professional to see for posture correction?
Chiropractor, Osteopath, myotherapist...?
Answer:
Your local chiropractor would be able to answer any question that you may have nearly posture. Most chiros won't charge you for just a consult, I know I don't charge anyone for coming contained by to my office of late to ask questions or to find out if chiropractic is right for them. In my 6 years of experience I enjoy helped alot of patients near postural problems and a few I have have to refer out to other chiros or the orthopedic doc. CBP chiropractic biophysics helps out a large amount for alot of postural problems which is stretching while adjusting to put it simply, stretching on your own also help as well as strengthening. So depending on how discouraging the posture problem is I would find out from someone who knows postures and that is to say your local chiropractor.

Ask your common practitioner for a referral. That's the best way to move about. Your GP will be able to determine if the end in is in the bones or ligaments/muscles/tendons and that will determine which specialist, if any, are needed to correct your problem.
*The Alexander technique is magical trivia, by the way. Don't throw away your time.
