Anyone know any inherent remedies that works for doomed to failure migraine???

I rub a few drops of Ben Gay, Flexall or other heatrub on my temples.
Sensation tingles, conceivably even burns abit, doesn't hurt though and it does take your focus sour the headache.
Becareful not to get any around your eyes ... it will burn resembling 'heck' and hurt, eventually goes away and the eyes are fine.
Try putting some peppermint essential grease on a washcloth at the bottom of your shower, and turn on the hot water. Massage your scalp and shoulders beneath the hot water. If that doesn't work, lay within a dark room beside a very cold cloth on your team leader and take a rest.
