Help! I cant sleep..?
Ok well only just i havent been competent to sleep much at all...
Ive tried lots of different things, but nothings working...
Its wayyyy to hot for chamamile tea or reheat milk..
Ive been taing AdvilPM, but nearby doing nothing!!
Also sex and vodka are not competent to help me sleep at the moment any... ;)
So please what else can i do to get to sleep??

melatonin is a really great, inbred sleep remedy. also, poppy seed (the source of opium) can in a minute be found in MANY herbal sleep blends. severely awesome. my suggestion would be to go to a untaught foods store (whole foods, sun harvest farm, central market), and spend a while browsing the sleep subdivision. there are lots of teas and pills and most of the time the family that work there are knowledgable and can sort suggestions as well. pious luck!
p.s. lay off the vodka and sex for a while haha!
very well something is bothering you. maybe your post? or a relationship? when you figure it out you'll know how to sleep. until then you to your doctors and ask for pills.
Melatonin works greatly well. No caffeine after 3PM or lunchtime. Benedryl is what is put in most over the counter sleep aids.

hot shower before bed, will relax you as you cool down. Or Ambien I hear is really good.
a few days ago i have to sit there and close my eyes for resembling 2 and a half hours past i fell asleep. try humming very melodiously to yourself and/ or singing to yourself, (a calming song would be nice) close your eyes and ruminate of what you could do tomorrow. that's how i fall asleep. also try lunesta. its non-narchodic so you dont get hold of grugged. but its powerfull enough to manufacture you sleep very peacefully

Perhaps you'd like to lift a warm shower beforehand sleep, and play relaxing music like jazz or classicals to appease yourself down.
Most importantly, have righteous sleeping habits.
Don't sleep capriciously. Make yourself tired for the whole year, and i bet you will sleep soundly in the darkness.
That's ... no afternoon nap. Wake up impulsive to have a able-bodied lifestyle.
And 3hours before your sleep, don't listen to mp3 or use your cellphone.
If adjectives these are not to the help, possibly you'd like to call in the doctor to prescribe some medicine for you. :)

You can try reading a really boring book earlier bedtime and in your bed...
You can try also making some exercise within the morning, like walking surrounded by the park, before going to work. This can give a hand you to relax and have your long-dreamed sleep...
Also try to fashion some meditative sessions or prayer sessions, these can luxury your mind of any stress and calm you down.
Don't drink coffee at lowest possible for 4 hours before bedtime and don't pinch sleep pills. You should be aware that those pills can be addictive.
Also, maybe the warmth is keeping you awake! Where I live is warm the unharmed year, and I need a disciple in proclaim to sleep!! Some people here use nouns conditioning, but I prefer a fan: it uses greatly less dash than air conditioning. Anyway, you can lift a cool shower before bed and use some comfortable clothes.
And walk ahead with your chamomile tea or your hot milk! Or drink the milk colder, not so hot if you prefer... I approaching it too, even if it is hot out there!! Or you can append a little bit of cold milk to your chamomile tea to breed it colder... and put a little bit of sugar or honey... enticing!!

melatonin is excellent--usually you take 3 to 5 mg..embezzle it about 45 minutes in the past you want to sleep..some take a timed release revision..
breathe real (not synthetic) lavender essential grease (get at a health food store not a department store)..sprinkle it on your pillow, sheets. tissue etc and breathe reverberatingly..this is especially good if mulling over problems and stress is keeping you aware.
Fill a sock next to bulk herb lavender or hops and breathe.
Take Valerian root tincture...or hops or kava kava..or even chamomile made into a tincture..how o make a tincture..making your own tinctures save you 90% of the cost..using bulk herbs repeatedly costing a dollar or so and 80 proof vodka..see this video for how easy it is to net them or buy them..herbpharm is a good organic/wildcrafted brand..which you should look for as they own 7-10 times the chemicals that cure or prevent disease over the ineffective commercial herbs commonly sold..here is a quick video that shows you how to put together them and save money

Use a pillow to preserve you legs raised while you sleep. It really works beside no side effects.
Benedryl works pretty good. I also bought a herbal remedy at the $Dollar Tree call "Relax & Sleep". You take two at bedtime and they did to a certain extent well.
