yes, just dont guzzle mentos with diet coke...
ginger juice.
liquid is ok...........
Nature does not grow pills! I think what you are after can be found surrounded by fresh fruits, dark green vegetables, meat and fish along next to eight glasses of marine per day.
it's not suitable to take vitamins next to soda but it's not bad, it's merely that some might not be absorbed surrounded by your system, so it's just a misuse of money. you can do with any fruit liquid and it's better if it's fresh and not the powdered kind.
Soda contains CO2 (carbondioxide gaseous state). Your vitamins may contains some antioxidant. Obsviously it will contradicted.
So near plain water or liquid is better.
vitamin supplements are fine to take and sometimes necesssary beside our fast pace schedules but it's essential to take them near a small coating of food in your system or they can act in response harshly and may bring in you queasy
Can't comment on the "good" aspect, but I always purloin them with soda. If I whip them with hose down, I get an upset stomach.
Water is the best!
"Good"? Well, taking them beside water is best, but soda or (most) juice is ok.
(The ridiculous comment about CO2 and antioxidants above shows of late how poorly some people deduce science!! There is no relationship between the two.)
I would say dampen or milk, the acid within both of them will burn them down so they dont sink into your blood stream. so drink em with milk or river or something non acidic.
