besides taking pills, what other ways would help you fall down asleep faster.

This can be very well solved. Lack of sleep comes from lack of exercise. Make sure your programme is not busy enough for some time to shift exercise. If you do not exercise often your body will discern very drowsy and tired but you will not be capable of fall asleep smoothly and getting up in the mornings will become hugely difficult. Also try to keep a well brought-up pattern sooner for sleeping. Try to pick a time to go to bed everynight and a time to wake up up. After a week or two, your body will become used to this schedule and sleeping will be totally easy. I've done this for the recent past 2 years and I fall asleep in a minute of my head touching the pillow. I also normally wake up 2-3 minutes past my alarm clock goes bad.
Drink Warm Milk and Count Sheep..lol..it might help!

I know this is strange but I always hold a routine at night and I guzzle a bowl of cereal, take my tums and I own to wind down - I can't newly come home and jump surrounded by bed so I go on the computer for awhile or read somewhat and watch the report. Sometimes I just lug a heating wad for comfort. I also love the warmth of blankets so I turn the upper air up so I can snuggle under the covers.

When I involve to fall asleep I will any drink a cup of warm milk or a spoonfull of peanut butter. The heat up milk is good to overrun your stomach enough if you are a bit hungry. I heard peanut butter is worthy to relax your body too and it seems to work for me.
