Chronic Headaches?
I was merely wondering if anyone would know any natural remedies for getting rid of headache. I prefer not taking any pills, I only hold them if I can't stand the pain. I come across to get at smallest a mild headache almost everyday and I'm not sure why. Any ideas?

Is your back or collar out? Also some foods can give ethnic group head ache, but each individual is different so it is not a set food but something that you maybe allergic to and not know it
I be plagued with really unpromising headaches that I only just couldnt stand, and I got them really doomed to failure about 500Pm quiting time every light of day or so. I am not a migraine headache patient in recent times ordinary headache.
