Answer:
Try these recommendations--tests show they comfort
1. try organic horse chestnut tincture (use a standardized extract for this as it is suggested not to use homemade --not recommended but to be within the side side and follow the suggestions in the sanctuary standards for this herb, use a standardized extract .. .also do not use if you have kidney or liver problems.
2. also life butchers broom tincture (capsules are NOT a good mode to take herb..not absorbed well)
3. steal cayenne for circulation and ginkgo (veins and arteries).and ginger (capillaries)..taking raw garlic (3 cloves a year (must be raw) with respectively dose of the recommended cayenne will reverse plague on arterier/veins which will help them. Cayenne make ginkgo and every other herb more effective also...the hotter cayenne you can lug, the better)
4. some foods like blueberries are said to strengthen capillary strength
5. Take hot and cold showers focusing the shower wand on all sides of the legs. Turn hose as hot as you can stand one minute then switch warmth of water to rime cold or cold as you can take it. Massage while doing it..do 7 hots and seven colds. If time is short a demanding night, do 15 second hot and 15 seconds cold and do 7 of respectively. May also use hot and cold compresses..add chamomile tea to the compress.
6. Rub an astringent herb resembling oak bark, witch hazel, etc to the legs...sometimes do that and sometimes do the vinegar rub (see link)--can trademark an extract/tincture or a tea or witch hazel (get from health food store organized made)

Enamel or lacquer spray.
Sadly, I don't think any crams enjoy been proven to prevent varicose vein. Better to try elastic stockings and leg raise just up to that time bedtime
Try avoiding hot water hitting your foot while bathing, varicose veins acquire worse this way. And ask your pharmacist going on for pressure-applying stockings or pantihose
Well there is no pill, or lotion, or ointment that will make any difference. The root of the problem are beside a breakdown of the valves surrounded by superficial veins. You can wear the stockings as other posters own said also you can elevate your legs above your heart to reduce pressure on the vein. Finally don't ever get pregnant as this will glibly cause them.
Horsechestnut, butcher's broom are two herb. Combine one or both with ginger to greatly increase their efficiency.

Varicose veins are cause when the circulation in that demanding vein stops. (This is usually cause by standing in one place for a long time). Once the artery becomes clotted(no longer flowing) The capillary dies off and turns blue due to the deficit of oxygen. My best advice is to procure a professional massage. If you can not afford that, try not to stand completely still for long period of time. Do a little spring if you have to. You can even rub your legs yourself. Do anything you can to keep the blood circulating properly through your legs. Hope that help.
