I understand people's unwillingness to resort to medication. However, the truth is, there are no efficient OTC or "natural" meds for ADHD. And homeopathy is a pseudoscience.

Unfortunately because the FDA get overzealous about trying to make illegal many things we get this vague and unregulated category of fluent and other products. It really backfired for them. There are tons legitimate products within this category, but some harmful ones. It is key to be educated on anything you take from this class of medication and from what company you purchase them from.
