help! i can't sleep.. end few months ago i can't sleep because of problems and everything else.. now even though i expect of nothing, i still can't sleep! and i find so tired during the day..

Stop drinking coffee, tea, soda-pop and don't guzzle any chocolate after 6pm or any sweets after 8pm.
go to your dr and permit him know whats going on. most likely the dr will perscribe a sleeping aid. Ambien, Sonoma, Lunesta. Ambien is probably my choice.
I be in motion through the same problem...usually it's stress related or something along that queue. One thing I did do be look at how much caffiene I was taking contained by during the day...and I smoked occasionally when I be stressed out. Those are both stimulants, and when I was stressing I'd drink more soda beside caffiene, and the smoking...well, it more or smaller number forced me to stay up. Some things I have done to acquire to sleep are to work out pretty hard surrounded by the early evening, next take a long hot shower, and some 'sleepytime' tea...it's get herbs within it that relax you. Other things to try are to listen to music as you're lying in bed...but not to concentrate on it.
