Has a naturopath help next to depression?
I have struggled on and sour with depression for five-ish years. I am no longer on medication (and don't choice to be), but certainly enjoy my bad days. From experience, can anyone vouch for a distinctive alternative or naturpoathic treatment/rememdy that has given significant results. I am using counselling currently, but would resembling to know about a specific herb or rememdy that had be helpful to culture out there. Thanks.

5-HTP (a form of L-Tryptophan); St Johns Wort; Melatonin ... I believe terrifically strongly in exercise ... markedly weight training. I own battled depression my entire go and exercise (a regular routine) will do wonders. 5-HTP may be the first thing to try.
conceivably you should try yoga also.
Find a therapist that also uses hypnotherapy. They won't hold you clucking like a chicken or something ridiculous resembling that, but what it does do is help you to visualize relaxation. You can certainly be "programmed" with a specific word or thought to assist you in every hours of daylight situations. I was a frozen core skeptic until I tried it and I'm impressed how it helped me traffic with the loss of my Grandparents.
Try accupuncture, one and only with a legal, licensed accupuncturist though.
