The theory is that the coffee enema help the body dump toxins. When the coffe goes surrounded by, the blood picks up the caffein toxin and takes it to the liver which react by "dumping" the toxin to the small intestine, colon then out. The problem is that it is a stimulant which is addictive to the body and as the first one or even few will work, it will stop working as your body may become dependent.
A better bet is to do a complete colon cleanse (with herb, fiber, the right foods) and if you do it long enough, your unharmed system will eliminate toxins. The same course as above, but with nutrition not stimulants. (When your body get the nutrition it needs from herb, it will do what its supposed to do, get rid of the excess second-hand goods and fats.) But you also own to stop eating unwanted items foods, processed foods and alcohol until you're well.

I don't see how that would work. You're never going to get an enema as far upstream as your liver is.
I pour my coffee surrounded by from the top, not the bottom.
