Can anybody report me if they own ever have acupuncture treatment for anxiety?
If so, please relay your experiences, as I am eager to know if it worked. And if so, be it as effective as orthodox medication such as valium, diazepam, xanax, etc?
Furthermore, would you recommend it?
Answer:
Personally I enjoy not undergone for an acupuncture. But have plenty of them getting, for different ailments, including anxiety. Being a traditional method, like Ayurveda of India. It have a long history of more than thousand years. Time tested, with out any side effects. I clearly recommend, as there is no likelihood of side effects, like chemically formulated medicine.
I think accupuncture help most everything and it should help anxiety. I would lone go to an acupuncturist trained within Chinese/oriental Medicine.
What really helped me be CranioSacral Therapy. Google this for info.
Have you thought of using Thought Field Therapy (TFT) for anxiety - its brilliant. Its a drug-free method of literally tapping into the body's strength without have to use acupuncture needles, drugs or any other invasive means.
Try it - you'll be pleasantly surprised.
