but there are two different types of laser eye surgery.
The first be Radio Karetonomy. This was where on earth a set of spokes was cut within the eye ball so the excessive fluid could drain out and the eye orb return to the proper shape.
This was a right idea written. There was one little item the scientists overlooked. The laser cartorised (seared the edges of the incisions) and the eye was powerless to heal.
