Using my neti pot cause horrible aching contained by the final of my cranium. Pure brackish, small amount, pure melt hose. Why?
Someone on this site said to breath through your nose as you use the neti pot... that couldn't be more wrong! That at lowest I know. I just want to know how to essentially break this blockage without spasm so I can use my neti pot again. Help please!
Answer: Do not listen to allopathic quacks who do not know
anything about yoga and homeopathy and naturopathy.
I am a yoga consultant and i have trained hundreds on how to
use neti pot successfully. Press on my avatar which will bear
you to my profile. There press on best answers and see the
reply on neti pot. Right at the bottom i have explained how to
use it successfully. Please remember to breathe through
your mouth just during use of neti pot. You must tilt your
head to your side and helpfully insert neti pot nozzle into the
nostril while breathing through your mouth and water will
benignly flow through the other nostril. Do likewise on the other
nostril as economically. The water should other be warm and the
amount of brackish is one teaspoonful to a litre of warm hose.
Please also remember after performing neti the water
percolate in the sinus nouns which you have to remove by
bending forwards and easy-going blowing your nostril so that the

I breath thru my mouth so I dont' inhale the water. Don't believe everything you hear on the internet or Oprah. Neti pots are a obsession.
I LOVE my neti pot. In fact, the lone time I've had any problems near it was when I accidentally used iodized brackish, rather than non-iodized brackish, which is what's suggested. it burned really, really bad. Maybe that's what you're doing wrong, too?
