Yes, it does...It have been proven over and over...Many of the top performer drink plenty of water beside lemon in it...Plus it is apposite for you if your a singer or not....
The only road to found out is to do it. I guess
yes it does
try it nothing hurts to try !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It does work, but try count some honey to the lemon as well to soothe the throat, especially if it have been strained not long.
Stay away from HOT liquids and COLD liquid. These temperatures irritate the throat. Get something at room warmth. Lemon tea is good, but again don't capture it 2 hot. In the morning turn on the shower very hot. Don't seize in. Just sit on the floor in the neighbourhood the shower and let the steam from the hose down enter your nose for a few minutes. That will clear you up too. Have fun.
yup. this works and it help clear your throat.
I'd like to know the answer to this one, grounds I lead singing at church. And you're right. The necessitate to cough becomes overwhelming at times while I'm singing, cause tears to well up and my voice to break.
Yes it does work. Also Ricola is a wonderful product for the throat. Thayer's Slippery Elm is also well-mannered.What you need to do is vocalize up to that time singing. You can learn to sing through and above the phlegm. Use your breath to cut straight through it. Visualize (focus)your breath going straight up to your come first then control your breath as you sing.Your loud coach should teach you how to do this... You can revise to sing with a pretty desperate cold if you know how to do it.
Yes, it does work, just breed sure the lemon is very dilute, because too much can own the opposite, but equally undesirable effect of a dry throat. You don't want any extreme. So just one cup next to a tiny bit of lemon should be good. Also DON'T drink anything next to honey, certainly not your lemon drink beside it, because that combo will actually CAUSE phlegm (that's why it's prescribed for dry coughs).
Good luck and stay away from chocolate and root beer which are phlegm factory!!!
Yes, I think it works.
Lays potato chips work for me. (not joking)
