Are here inflammatory benefits to Omega 3 fish grease?

I met a woman who sees a chiropractor on a regular reason. He gave her Omega 3 Fish grease pills to take and said they be good for inflammation. I wondered if it would be apposite for osteo arthritis or other arthritis. Has anyone heard of that. Also what are the best suppls. to steal? I have read that some can bother your stomach...yuk!

Answer:
They can be.
Fish grease does have some inherent anti-inflammatory properties, but the supplement bottle itself can't actually read aloud that because "inflammation" is considered a medical condition (go figure that), and no supplement can legitimately make a medical claim (which "anti-inflammatory" is, unfortunately).

I've have several customers tell me that they pocket fish oil because it help their arthritis. but the supplements can't even imply that they could aid arthritis because of FDA regulations.

Anyway, I'll step off my soapbox presently and say that most inhabitants don't get stomach upset from fish grease unless they are sensitive to fish or oil... but some those do get a bit of a fishy appetite when they burp (which can be overlooked by an enteric coated fish oil for those that are put rotten enough if they bring that... but those are much more expensive).

As far as other supplements, there are profoundly of things that are very popular, including Microlactin, Hyaluronic Acid, Tart Cherry Extract, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), Glucosamin, Chondroitin, MSM, and Avovida (a combination of avocado and soy). Most of them are amazingly economical and are very beneficial... our customers proclaim them on a very regular foundation. Most people find benefit from one or more of these ingredients within anywhere from a week to a couple months, depending on how long it take for the supplement to get into their joint.

The only piece you'd have to verbs about on any of these aside from allergic reaction is that the Microlactin is from milk and the Glucosamin is typically from Shellfish (those are the most common allergens).
Fish oil can be a very successful anti-inflammatory and particularly of use with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Another biddable source is Flax Seeds which are better bought whole and ground contained by a coffee grinder.

Not aware of any tummy problems with Fish oil.
