im not too sure something like that, but u can try going to those shops like body shop, they do flog those oil candles whereby u burn them and it help u relax and sleep better
melatonin helps set your inner clock and herbal remedies do work-just watch out not to over-do them. if you have ant auto-immune problems, check near a doc before ingesting.
lavender other gave me a tooth smarting!! there is other aromatherapies that hold the same affect-bath and body have them
I have used Valerian root. Just put 15-20 drops within a cup of herbal decaf tea. It's bitter so I also put a few spoons of sugar. Works like a charm for me. Good luck!
