Sinusitis remedies?
Do you know of any sinus remedies? I have rhythmic sinusitis and it can be very sensitive sometimes and I need some remedies to sustain relieve the pain and the pressure.

Though near are very classic symptoms that guide sinusitis, the truth is that not every patient suffering from this condition presents like peas in a pod symptoms. Doctors have come to classify sinusitis, within their off-medical-text jargon, as "dry sinusitis" and "raining sinusitis".
Dry sinusitis refers to an inflammation of the sinuses accompanied by sometimes severe dull pain due to congestion, and very dry mucus sitting inside the concavities that form the sinuses. This type of sinus inflammation almost always comes near infection. The problem is that it's been widely standard that infections are only produced by bacterias, but it have been just now discovered (in 2001) that there are sinus infections cause by fungus as well. And this type of infection may be preceded by mycotoxins and regular toxins coming from any outside sources (environment) or inside sources (i.e., continuous exposition to the same chemicals contained by foods day by day).
Wet sinusitis is characterized by runny trunk, lethargy, allergy-like symptoms, mucus, and tiredness.
General recommendation:
1. Check out food sensitivities first: milk, cheese, corn, wheat, chocolate and EGGS (beware of eggs in sinusitis!). Eggs, specifically, contain a powerful destructive enzyme "avidine", which can severely irritate the mucus membrane that covers the sinuses.
2. Eliminate those foods you eat more frequently: do this at lowest for two months. When you expose your body to the same foods for years, the enzymes that brake them down dwindling with time, and those unprepared proteins will have to frontage an aggressive reaction by the immune system. The result? Mucous formation to isolate those fresh proteins which the body interpret as "foreigners" or toxins.
3. For the congestion and mucous formation: drink 4-5 TBSP of Swedish Bitter (an antique liquid herbal formula), and dilute it next to 2 TBSP of Tea Tree Oil.
4. To strengthen the immune system locally: take 100 mg. of Zinc per light of day, and 3,000-4,000 mg. of Vit. C daily.
5. Massage your front guide and both sides of your frontal upper head beside Eucalyptus oil at hours of darkness, and right after that apply gently a fomentation towel, not too hot, for going on for 15 minutes (re-heat the towel every time it gets colder). Do this something like 45 mins. before going to bed at dark.
6. This following juice is rich both surrounded by Beta-carotene (vegetarian version of vit. 8. Drink plenty of water every afternoon.

Olive palm leaf capsules.work great for me! I hold to take it every light of day though as I have vastly chronic sinus issues. Tiger balm and menthol can help relieve pressure if you bring a flare up.
i had a impossible bout of this earlier within the year and ended up on antibiotics and the dr recommened some menthol and eucaplyptus drops contained by hot water for me to breath contained by and release the pressuer. it helped profoundly to unblock passage. i would just enjoy the bowl and a towel and use it for about 30 minutes a few times a afternoon. hope you recover soon.

And they have this little thing that looked close to a baby tea-pot, that you compress with marine, and over the sink, you pour it in one nostril, and it comes out the other one.
Sounds grotesque, I know, but it supposedly really helps.
