Vitamins and UTI I enjoy question, please oblige.?

Hi All,

I think I may own a uti. I will see a dr. soon if things do not heal up. How several fl. oz of water should I be drinking a year to cleanse my body? Also, I am heading to the store and I was wondering if at hand are any vitamins that are good to aid surrounded by preventing and also to heal this. I would really similar to to try and do this naturally. I hold been taking cranberry pills (not religously) but atleast 2 pills a year. What would you recommomend before I give the name the dr? Thanks!

Answer:
100% Cranberry Juice, you want your urine to be acidic because the germs can't survive in that caring of environment. Make sure it doesn't have any sugar or other fruit juice in it because the germs love sugar.

Also there is a product call D-Mannose. You can get it at your local form food store. It can attach to the harmful germs and flush it out of your body. You can read more about here.

Good Luck!
Drink LOTS of cranberry liquid and water (average party needs 1 qt. hose for every 50 pounds body weight everyday anyway). Also no sex till you get the impression better, if your having it at adjectives. But it would be best to see a Dr. right away. Ex-gf had UTI once, and she said it hurt alot and started urinating blood, thats when we go to the ER.
My mom is big on water, hose down, water, she say take your counterbalance and divide by 2 thats how many oz you should drink a light of day. Then about the uti I also troop that its the vitamin C in the cranberry it make your urine acidic and it kill the bacteria thats cause the uti.So if you wanted to try you could travel by the vitamin C waffers and take 1000mg and see if that works it worked for me.
