i don't want to quit because i don't want to get margarine
I quit cold turkey after smoking a lot of years a pack and more a daytime. People use the excuse they don't want to get fleshy, you are the only one making yourself tubby, not quit smoking. Just quit, throw all your ciggs, lighters, ashtrays away, interested your windows and nouns your car and house out and you will soak up being competent to breathe again! beleive me, I have be quit for 2 1/2 years and love it! I could never go posterior to that nasty mannerism, good luck!
Best road to stop smoking would to be tied to a chair and locked surrounded by a room but they bring you food and let you monitor tv of all the doomed to failure things smoking do to you. no i used to smoke i used patches and everytime i looked-for a smoke id munch through a healthy teatime bar really help :)
