All of my life, I own taken some sort of multivitamin just to be taking it, just this minute I have newly been taking Vitamin C for my allergies and such. I am in the order of 130 lbs overweight. I was wondering which dietary (natural) supplements are reccomended, or ok for 14 year olds? Thanks to adjectives of you guys that will try to inspire me to do it the natural bearing, however I feel I inevitability some help. I enjoy been consumption alot of fruits lately. If that counts for anything? And I'm thinking about getting Vibe nutritional products.

Medicines help but within long run they have side effects. Eat full-bodied and stop have Junk food. ESPECIALLY, MCDonald Burgers and Fries, KFC CHicken.

Join a gym. Weights are a good channel to increase metabolism.
Eat lots of fiber containg food. Drink 10- 12 glasses of wet. Aprrox. 3 litres. when u wake up, 1 hr until that time breakfast, 1 hr before lunch , 1 hour until that time dinner.
