yes any one can practise Reiki it is natural procees of medicinal and it help general public knowing there hiden strengths it is extraordinarily usefull
If you have be attuned to the Reiki symbols, then ask your mentor if there other students contained by your area. Get together next to them for a Reiki Share. My students organize meeting once a month to share Reiki and information. We have a potluck, several table, and lots of fun. In two weeks we have our subsequent meeting. At the meeting we do free treatments on people who want to experience the relaxing premonition of Reiki. Thats how I started a few years ago. Since then I permit my students do the organizing.
