What is the best opening to dry green tea leaves after the first infusion?

I have lately started drinking green tea and was wondering if anyone know the best way to dry the tea leaves after the first or second infusion? I don't want them to go and get stale or anything. I know that you are supposed to keep them surrounded by a dark place until use, but it's sturdy to do that when you are trying to dry them after the first or second uses. Is it even necessary at that point?

Answer:
Hi Lori, yes you can to dry green tea leaves after the first infusion surrounded by a dry, dark place, but green tea leaves not standard to dry. After you have empty the teapot completely for the first serving, the wet leaves will not verbs to steep. You can infuse the leaves again.

Spread the leaves in a slight layer on a tabloid towel. Put a plate under the broadsheet towel to keep the enthralled liquid from possibly staining your counter top. The thinner the lode of leaves, the faster they'll dry...don't let them stay wetness, they'll mildew. Of course, spreading the leaves means taking them out of the teabag unless you're using loose stock.

How frequent infusions can you get from a standard tea rucksack before the leaves are spent? I'd love to receive more than a couple uses from my teabags
